Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

1. To prove its personal status, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:

— A Statement by the economic operator that in the last 5 years he was not rendered a verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— A Confirmation that there is no bankruptcy procedure by the competent authority,

— A Confirmation that there is no liquidation procedure by the competent authority,

— A Confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public charges by the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established,

— A Confirmation by the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that have been rendered a secondary penalty…

… — prohibiting participation in public tender procedures, award contracts and contracts for public-private partnership,

… for temporary or permanent prohibition of professional activity;

— A Confirmation that with a final judgment has not been rendered sanction prohibition of professional activity or duty, ie temporary prohibition for performing professional activity.

If the country in which the economic operator is registered does not issue the documents referred above or if they do not cover all the above mentioned cases, the economic operator may submit a statement, certified to a competent authority.

2. To demonstrate the ability to perform professional activity, the economic operator should submit:

— A document for registered activity as proof that it is registered as a legal entity to perform activities related to the subject of the contract or a declaration by the economic operator that performs professional activity of trading oil and oil derivatives,

— License for trading with oil or oil derivatives issued by appropriate energy regulatory authority for energy in the

country in which the economic operator is established. If the country in which the economic operator is

registered does not issue a license for this activity, the economic operator may submit a statement certified by a

competent authority that is acting trade activity with oil or oil derivatives under the laws of the country.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Description of the available tank trucks — tankers with specially prominent data on the capacity of each tank truck, accompanied by copies of traffic cards or a contract for business technical cooperation if the tankers are provided through technical support from another entity.

— Description of the available storage area for heating oil and its total capacity.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— To have tank trucks — tankers for transport of petroleum products in a total capacity of minimum 200 tons.

— To have a storage area for heating oil with a minimum capacity of 10 000 tons.

Извршување на договорот
Главни услови за финансирање и аранжмани за плаќање и/или упатување на релевантните одредби што ги уредуваат:

Payment will be delayed for at least 7 days from the date of receipt of invoice for delivery of heating oil.

Правна форма што треба да ја преземе групата економски оператори на која ќе се додели договорот: No requirement for association in legal form.
