Certificate of work for performing specialized services with an aircraft which, among other things, regulates the basic condition for performing this type of activity i.e. the disposal of chemicals and water from an aircraft (Elimination of insects in agriculture, Elimination of animal pests), issued by the Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Macedonia pursuant to the Law on Aviation of the Republic of Macedonia (Official Journal of the Republic of Macedonia No. 14/06 24/07 103/08 67/10 118/10 24/12 80/12 155/12 42/14 95/15 and 152/15), as well as in accordance with the stipulated provisions of the Rulebook on the Manner of Performing Specialized Services with an Aircraft and the special requirements regarding aircraft, equipment and other special requirements for safe and proper operation (Official Journal of the Republic of Macedonia No. 159/07 and 122/13) — List of employed professionals with a description of their qualifications for the execution of the subject of this contract annexed with (Forms M1 / M2) — Reference list of services rendered in the last three years indicating details in respect of the subject of the contracts, the amount and the date of the contracts and the contracting authorities for which the services were rendered, accompanied by copies of contracts and certificates for quality service performance issued by the contracting authority.
