In order to demonstrate their status, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

— Declaration by the economic operator that in the last 5 years he was not pronounced a verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— Confirmation that it is not a subject to bankruptcy procedure of the competent authority;

— A confirmation that no bankruptcy proceeding is issued by a competent authority;

— Confirmation that it is not a subject to winding of the competent authority;

— Confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country in which the economic operator is registered;

— Certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that it has not been imposed a minor…

… penalty ban on participation in public bidding procedures, granting contracts and agreements for public-private partnership;

… penalty- temporary or permanent prohibition for performing professional activity;

— Confirmation that it has not imposed a sanction by verdict — prohibition on performing a profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity;

— In order to prove the ability of performing the activity, the economic operator should submit a document of registered activity, as a physical entity or legal entity as an evidence for performing the activity related to the subject of the Public procurement contract, or evidence that it belongs to an appropriate professional association in compliance with the regulations of the country it is registered in;

— Approval for performing wholesale of drugs/medicines in the territory of the Republic of Macedonia issued by the ministry of health in compliance with the Law for medications and medical supplies.

Техничка и професионална способност:

The economic operator proves it has met the minimum requirements by submitting:

— An Import license (authorization for immediate import) in compliance with the Law for medications and medical supplies;

— A declaration that it meets the conditions for safekeeping, storage, transportation and handling with the vaccines in compliance with the Rulebook on the content of the request and immediate conditions in terms of space, equipment and staff for getting the approval for wholesale of medicines. (Official gazette of RM, nr. 151/08);

— A declaration that it owns a cold chamber for storage and safekeeping, with an automatic temperature reader which should be continuously maintained 2-8 degrees C;

— Approval for performing wholesale of drugs/medicines in the territory of republic of Macedonia, or a temporary or permanent authorization for parallel import, issued by the ministry of health/ Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of the Republic of Macedonia.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

In order it qualifies as capable of performing the public procurement contract, in terms of its technical and professional ability, the economic operator should meet the following minimum requirements:

— A document for the unregistered medicaments, which allows interventional import of medicaments in compliance with Law on medicines and medical devices.

— The conditions for safekeeping, storage, transportation and handling with the vaccines should be in compliance with the Rulebook on the content of the request and immediate conditions in terms of space, equipment and staff for getting the approval for wholesale of medicines. (Official gazette of RM, nr. 151/08).

— It should posses a cold chamber for storage and safekeeping, with an automatic temperature reader which should be continuously maintained 2-8 degrees C.

— For the registered medicaments the operator should posses an approval for placing the finished drug on the market, or a temporary or permanent authorization for parallel import, in compliance with the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices.

Warranty for quality performance of the contract in the amount of 10 % of the Contract value.
