Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

— statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered,

— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…

… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced,

… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced,

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction – ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— a report of balance sheet certified by competent authority i.e. revised balance sheet or extracts from the report of the balance sheet in case when its issuing is regulated with a law in the country in which the economic operator is registered or — a statement of the complete turnover of a company (a datum of income statement issued by a competent authority, i.e. revised balance of success) and in a place where it is appropriate, from the turnover in the field covered by the Public procurement contact, at least for the last 3 financial years mostly for which this information is available, in accordance with the date of a company establishment or it started functioning and in accordance with availability of such materials

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди: — minimum realized income of MKD 9 000 000 in the last 3 years.
Техничка и професионална способност:

— A list of main services referring to the subject's service prepared and signed by the economic operator. The list of main services should consist of values, dates, customers (contracting authorities or economic operators). In addition to the list, appropriate contracts should be submitted in a scanned form.

— Copies of sample M1/M2 or Contracts for business technical cooperation, authority B for designing of minimum 3 (three) mechanical engineers with appropriate B category authorization for designing.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— The economic operator is required to have a previous experience in designing ideas or Basic projects of gas networks with a total projected area of minimum 20.000 meters.

— The economic operator of technical staff is required to have at least 3(three) mechanical engineers with an appropriate B authority of designing.
