— Minimum total turnover of assets (total revenues) of 12 000 000,00 MKD for the last 3 years (2015, 2016 and 2017).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— a report on the balance sheet certified by a competent authority, ie a revised balance sheet or excerpts from the Balance Sheet Report in cases where the publication of the balance sheet is prescribed by law in the country where the economic operator is registered.

An extract from the overall turnover of the enterprise (data from the profit and loss account issued by a competent authority, ie revised profit and loss account) and, where appropriate, from the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract, mostly for the last three financial years for which such information is available, depending on the date on which the enterprise was established or commenced and depending on the availability of such information,

Техничка и професионална способност:

— to have a successful experience in a minimum of 3 (three) contracts for the provision of services in the subject area of procurement (street maintenance, parking lots, public pedestrian and green spaces), concluded and realised in the last 3 (three) years with total value of the contracts minimum 6 000 000,00 MKD, out of which 1 (one) concluded and realised contract in the subject area of procurement (maintenance of streets, parking lots, public pedestrian and green areas) with a minimum value of 3 000 000,00 MKD, for which contracts the bidder should provide confirmations or recommendations for success but timely and quality delivery of services issued by clients.

Staff:

From the personnel that will be included in the procurement, will be available for the purpose of the public procurement contract and which should be in regular employment, the economic operator should dispose of:

— A minimum of 7 general workers for the execution of the subject purchase

— A minimum of 5 drivers with a driver's license from the appropriate category for the management of the vehicles listed in point 2.5.1 in the section Required equipment

Required equipment:

The Bidder shall have the following technical equipment in the possession or access provided (through renting, leasing, etc.):

— Special vehicle for garbage collection with capacity up to 5 m

— Motor vehicle with a tank capacity of over 8 m

— Motor vehicle with tank capacity of 1 m

— Special motor vehicle-thrower

— Special motor vehicle - machine gun

— Special machine for the suction of leaves

For staff:

— For the entire requested personnel involved in the procurement that should be in regular employment, the bidder should provide evidence of a list of employed workers according to the level of professional preparation (NKV, QA and VHF) in accordance with Article 8 of the Law on Labor Records Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 31 dated 27.2.2013), copies of the driving licenses for the management of the trucks listed in the part of the necessary equipment (for the required drivers) and a list of employees issued by Employment Agency of the Republic of Macedonia is not older than 15 days from the moment of the opening of the bids. (the above evidence should be provided to each employee, whether he will be in full-time employment with the bidder or the entity from whom support will be provided (if the bidder acts with support from another entity).

For the necessary equipment:

Statement on the technical equipment that the bidder has at its disposal for the performance of the specific services. In addition to submitting a list of available equipment and other physical capacities,

— For the required equipment to be submitted evidence - invoices, traffic permits, customs declarations for imported equipment, census list certified by an authorised accounting bureau, purchase and sale contract or the like
