To be qualified as able for conducting the works subject to the public procurement agreement.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

If the economic operator is conducting its activities for less than 3 years, a minimal condition for determining the financial conditions is for it to fulfill the conditions from III.2.2 for the year for which data is available.

The economic operator proves it meets the minimal conditions from III.2.2 by supplying an extract of the overall turnover of the company, a balance sheet, income statement issued by the relevant authorities for the last 3 years.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— a statement of the equipment which the EO has at its disposal for conducting the contract related works, with the appropriate documentation for the equipment which is at his disposal, stated in the minimal conditions (traffic licenses, invoices etc),

— statement on the number of employees along with forms M1/M2 for 5 employees and 2 civil engineers with approval "B",

— list of the conducted works for the last 5 years along with at least 5 contracts for conducted works.

— M1/M2 form for 5 employees,

— 2 civil engineers with license "B",

— 2 combined bulldozers,

— 1 vibro-roller with a weight of at least 2 tons,

— 1 machine for cutting asphalt,

— 3 dirt transport trucks.

Delayed after finishing the works on each separate agreement within 60 days from obtaining the funds from the State Roads Agency.

Evidence that the Economic Operator is registered as a legal entity for conducting works related to the nature of this public procurement or evidence that it belongs to an appropriate professional society according to the regulations of the country where it is registered:

— confirmation of registered activity from the Central Registry,

— license “B” of the Economic operator for works on facilities of the second category.
