Document for registered activity
A registered activity related to the subject of the procurement is required – document for registered activity (DRA form) and a B License for a contractor for performance of second category works, in accordance with the Law on Construction.
In order to prove its personal status, the economic operator should submit the following documents:
— statement of the economic operator that no effective verdict has been issued against the economic operator within the past five years for participation in a crime organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body,
— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body,
— certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered,
— confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty —
ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public — private partnership has been pronounced,
temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced,
— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective verdict.

Minimum criteria for determining the economic and financial status of the economic operator:
— the minimum total revenue for the last 3 (three) years is not less than 42 000 000,00 MKD in the area of the registered activity of the bidder,
– the economic operator (construction, construction and artisan, artisan, installation and other works for current and investment maintenance of facilities).
Техничка и професионална способност:
Necessary documents for proving the technical or professional capability of the economic operator:
a) Minimum 5 (five) contracts of the same or similar type as the subject of the procurement;
b) Minimum 5 (five) certificates issued by suppliers for which a procurement of the same or similar type has been made, for quality and timely execution of the procurement by the bidder for the submitted contracts;
c) Driver’s license;
d) M1 and M2 form or technical/professional support from the Temporary Employment Agency or other entity that the bidder will prove with a contract or other valid evidence, concluded between the bidder and the other entity and a Statement for engaged expert technical personnel for each of the lists.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
Minimum criteria for determining the technical and professional status of the economic operator:
a) The economic operator has minimum 5 (five) contracts of the same or similar type as the subject of the procurement;
b) The economic operator has minimum 5 (five) certificates issued by suppliers for which a procurement of the same or similar type has been made, for quality and timely execution of the procurement by the bidder for the submitted contracts;
c) Technical equipment of the bidder for the execution of the procurement:
– Minimum 2 (two) means of transport available to the bidder;
d) Personnel equipment of the bidder for the execution of the procurement:
– Minimum 40 (forty) employees or engaged qualified persons for performance of the works related to current and investment maintenance of facilities, according to the subject of the procurement from each list,
— Minimum 2 (two) employees or engaged persons with a BSC,
– one graduated civil engineer and one graduated engineer architect,
— Minimum 1 (one) employee or engaged with a BSC –
electrical engineer,
mechanical engineer.
