— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered,
— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…
… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced,
… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced,
— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction – ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict.

— EIC code issued by AD MEPSO – Skopje as instrument of energy related activity: trade with electric power and/or supplying electric power,
— Proof that he is a registered participant in the market for electric power in accordance with the Rules on the market for electric power,
— A contract for balance responsibility in accordance with the Rules on the market for electric power and
— Statement that the Bidder of Active electric power accepts to take on himself the balance responsibility and to insert us as a consumer in their balance responsible group.
— To possess an EIC code issued by AD MEPSO – Skopje as instrument of energy related activity- trade with electric power and/or supplying electric power,
— to be a registered participant in the market for electric power in accordance with the Rules on the market for electric power,
— To have signed a contract for balance responsibility in accordance with the Rules on the market for electric power and
— The Bidder of Active electric power to accept to take on himself the balance responsibility and to insert us as a consumer in their balance responsible group.
