Услови за учество
Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

— Document for registered business activity as a proof that it is registered as natural or legal person for performing activity that it is related to the subject matter of the contract procurement or proof that it belongs to proper professional association according to the regulations of the country where it is registered,

— decision/approval for registering in the register of objects and food operators which are vegetarian from the Agency for food and veterinary.

Economic operator proves the fulfilling of the minimal conditions of the item 2.3.1 with delivering of DRD Form, and — copy from the decision/approval for registering in the Register for objects and operators with vegetarian food from the Agency for food and veterinary.

— statement by the economic operator than it has not been sentenced, in the last 5 years, with effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy procedure issued by competent authority,

— certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by competent authority,

— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where that economic operator is established,

— certificate from the Legal Entities Penal Registry that it is not being imposed a side sanction – prohibition to participate in public competitions, contract award procedures and PPP award procedures - certificate from the Legal Entities Penal Registry that it is not being imposed a side sanction - temporary or permanent,

The prohibition to perform certain professional activity:

— certificate that it is not being sanctioned for misdemeanor with an effective court decision, resulting in prohibition for EN Standard form 02 — Contract notice 7 / 16

Pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Technical equipment and ability of the economic operator, respectively to possess or to ensure from other subject minimum 150 termo-platters, appropriate utensils for daily eating, for hygienic and safe food distribution in medical and sanitary institutions.

Quality assurance standards:

— To introduce and to use the System of managing with food safety which is according to the requirements of HASSP 2.5.2 Economic operator proves the fulfilling of the standards from item 2.5.1 with delivering of Certificate/verification/statement for establishment and implementation of the System for handling with food safety which is according to the HASSP requirements.

Statement that it disposes with 150 termo-platters at least for hygienic and safe food distribution

— Certificate/Verification/Statement for establishment and implementation of the System for handling with food safety which is according to the HASSP requirements.
