In order to prove its personal situation, the economic operator should provide the following documents:

Statement by the economic operator than it has not been sentenced, in the last 5 years, with effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering.

— certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy procedure issued by competent authority,

— certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by competent authority,

— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where that economic operator is established,

— certificate from the Legal Entities Penal Registry that it is not being imposed a side sanction —…

… prohibition to participate in public competitions, contract award procedures and PPP award procedures,

… temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain professional activity,

— certificate that it is not being sanctioned for misdemeanor with an effective court decision, resulting in prohibition for pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity.

— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where that economic operator is established.

— certificate from the Legal Entities Penal Registry that it is not being imposed a side sanction — temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain professional activity.

In order to prove its capacity to perform a professional economic activity, the economic operator has to submit adocument on registered economic activity as proof that it is registered as a natural or legal persons performingthe economic activity related to the subject-matter of the public procurement contract or proof that it belongs to an appropriate professional association as per the regulations of the country where it is registered.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The economic operator shall prove that it meets the minimum requirement with a statement on the overall turnover of the enterprise (datafrom the income statement issued by a competent authority, that is to say, an audited income statement), and, where appropriate, on the turnover in the sector covered by the public procurement contract, and not more than for the last 3 financial years for which such information is available, depending on the date when the enterprise was been established or has commenced operations, and depending on the availability of such information.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Minimum qualification requirements on the economic andfinancial standing of the economic operator: to have generated revenue not lower than the estimated value of the procurement in at least one of the last 3 years.

Documents on the technical or professional ability of the economic operator:

List of successfully completed contracts related to the subject-matter of the procurement in the last 3 years, including values, dates, buyers (Contracting Authorities or economic operators), by providing references for completed deliveries issued by the recipients or, if such references may not be provided due to reasons outside the control of the economic operator, only by a statement of the latter on the completed deliveries.

Statement on the use of a system for cashless payment.

Statement on availability, that is to say, ensuring at least one fuel station in the area of the City of Skopje, minimum one fuel station in the areas of the municipalities of Ohrid, Bitola, Gevgelija, Stip, Kumanovo, Velesand Tetovo.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

Minimum qualification requirements on the technical and professional ability of the economic operator:

Experience in successfully completed contracts related to the procurement subject-matter in the last 3 years.

Technical capability to use a cashless payment system.

Availability, that is to say, ensuring at least one fuel station in the area of the City of Skopje, minimum one fuelstation in the areas of the municipalities of Ohrid, Bitola, Gevgelija, Stip, Kumanovo, Veles, and Tetovo.
