Краток опис:

Hospitality industry services for realization of the project for vacation and recreation of children of families at social risk and children that are special allowance beneficiaries for winter 2019. The Contracting Authority shall use e-Auction as the final stage of the open procedure. The subject matter of the e-Auction is the total price including all costs and discounts and import duties, excluding VAT. The starting price of the e-Auction is the lowest price from the acceptable bids submitted in the initial phase of the procedure. The invitations for participation in the auction shall be delivered electronically via the electronic public procurement system, upon complete evaluation of the initial bids, to all economic operators that submitted acceptable bids in the first phase of the procedure and are registered in the electronic public procurement system. The invitation for participation in the auction shall be sent electronically to the mailbox of the user profile in the electronic public procurement system, to the person that submits a bid for the adequate procedure electronically. The invitation for participation in the auction shall contain the following data: the starting price of the auction, that is, the lowest price from the initially submitted offers; the date and time of commencement and completion of the auction; the interval within which the negative bidding will be conducted (minimum and maximum difference in the offered prices).

In order to prove its personal situation, the economic operator shall provide the following documents:

— statement by the economic operator that it has not been sentenced in the last 5 years, with an effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy procedure issued by a competent authority,

— certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by a competent authority,

— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where that economic operator is registered,

— certificate from the legal entities penal registry that it is not being imposed a side sanction — prohibition to participate in public competitions, public procurement contract award procedures and public-private partnership award procedures,

— certificate from the Legal Entities Penal Registry that it has not been imposed a side sanction — temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain professional activity,

— certificate that it has not been sanctioned for misdemeanor with an effective court decision, resulting in prohibition for pursuing an occupation, professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition to perform certain professional activity.

In order to prove the ability to perform a professional business activity, the economic operator shall submit a document for registered business activity as evidence that it is registered as a natural person or a legal entity for performing the business activity related to the subject matter of the public procurement contract or evidence that it belongs to an adequate professional association in compliance with the legislation of the country of registration, and a license for performing hospitality industry services.
