The economic operator shall submit the following documents for the purpose of proving its personal situation:

— a declaration by the economic operator that in the last 5 years he was rendered a verdict for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— confirmation that no bankruptcy proceedings by a competent authority,

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure by the competent authority,

— confirmation of paid taxes and other public charges from the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established,

— certificate from the registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that were not imposed a penalty on participation in public tender procedures, the award of public procurement contracts and public-private partnerships,

— certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that were not imposed a temporary or permanent prohibition of professional activity,

— a certificate stating that there has not been imposed sanction ban on performing profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform certain activity.

Balance sheets certified by a competent authority, ie. audited balance sheets or extracts from the balance sheets, where publication of the balance sheet is required under the law of the country in which the economic operator is established.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Balance sheets certified by a competent authority, ie. during the last 3 years (2015, 2016 and 2017) has a turnover of a half of the estimated value of the contract of the public procurement.

Техничка и професионална способност:

To Submit a list of the principal deliveries effected in the past three years, with the values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators) by providing at least three certificates for deliveries issued by the receiver (with a designated amount and period that after the delivery) or, if such certificates can not be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, by statement of deliveries.

— Copy of driving licenses of vehicles owned by EO load the salt,

— statement on the technical staff (lorry drivers), whether they belong to the EO.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

The economic operator should have experience in delivering the goods subject to this procurement to at least one user (contracting authority) in the last 3 years (2015, 2016 and 2017). To own or dispose at least 5 freight vehicles for transport of the subject of procurement to the winter points of PE Makedonijapat.ca has employed or has engaged at 5 vehicle drivers for the transport of the procurement subject. To own or own rented warehouse storage space for at least 6 000 t of anticipated quantities of industrial salt.
