2.5.2 The economic operator shall prove the fulfillment of the minimum requirements of sub-item 2.5.1 by submitting:
— Statement of the system and procedure for on-line reporting of problems and defects as well as delivery of a document describing the system and procedures for on-line reporting of problems and defects by the client,
— reporting on the elements of the contract that the economic operator intends to give to the subcontractor.
2.5.3 The documents referred to in subsection 2.5.1 shall be prepared and electronically signed by the economic operator itself and they must not be certified by a competent authority.
2.5.4 The technical and professional capability of the economic operator may be supported by another entity, regardless of the legal relationships between the economic operator and that entity, except in the part of the reference list and the previously concluded contracts. If the economic operator proves its technical and professional capability by referring to the support from another entity, it is obliged to prove the support with valid evidence that that entity will make available to the economic operator the appropriate technical and professional resources. Against the entity providing technical or professional support, a final judgment for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering must not be pronounced.

2.5.5 If economic operators submit a bid as a group of economic operators, the technical and professional capability is proven by taking into account the resources of all members of the group. If the group of economic operators performs technical or professional support from a third entity or third parties, the technical and professional capability shall be determined in accordance with the foregoing.
