Necessary documents for proving the economic condition of the economic operator:

— balance sheet certified bu competent authority, i.e. revised balance sheet, or exceptions of the balance sheet statement in cases where the balance sheet publishing is regulated by law in the country in which the economic operator is registered,

— statement for overall sales of the company (data from the income statement issued by competent authority, i.e. revised income statement) and, if applicable, sales in the area covered by the public procurement contract, mostly for the last 3 financial years for which these data are available, depending on the date of establishment or starting with work, and depending on the availability of these information.

Minimum criteria for determining the economic and financial standing of the economic operator:

— total income in amount of at least 60 000 000 MKD per year, in the period 2017, 2016 and 2015, for each year separately.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Documents required to prove the technical or professional capability of the economic operator:

— reference list of main deliveries from the same or similar type and scope, performed in the last 3 years, with values, dates and buyers, providing minimum 3 certificates for performed deliveries issued by the receiver of the service,

— the Bidder needs to provide and attach authorization form issued by the manufacturer of the equipment for the specific procurement (MAF),

— the Bidder needs to provide and attach proof that it is authorized service center for the offered equipment,

— list of regularly employed Bachelors of Electrical Engineering with attached M1/M2 template,

— the Bidder needs to provide and attach…

… certificates from 2 employees for installation and configuration of the offered hardware,

… certificate from 2 employees for repair of the offered hardware.

Minimum criteria for determination of technical and professional state of the economic operator:

— to have performed at least 3 deliveries from same or similar type and scope of equipment as the subject of procurement in the last 3 years,

— authorization issued by the manufacturer of the equipment (MAF) for sale of the offered equipment,

— authorized service center for the offered equipment,

— minimum 5 regularly employed Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with attached M1/M2 template,

— minimum 2 employees certified for repair of the offered hardware.

ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certificate for the economic operator.

ISO 27001:2013 Security Certificate for the economic operator.
