Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Excerpt from a bank, not older than 30 days from the date of bid submission,

— Report on the Balance Sheet verified by a competent authority, that is to say, audited Balance Sheet or excerpts from the Balance Sheet in cases where publication of the Balance Sheet is prescribed by law in the country where the Economic Operator is registered,

— Excerpt for the overall turnover of the undertaking (data from the Balance Sheet issued by a competent authority, that is to say, audited Income Statement) and, where appropriate, for the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract, for two financial years (2015 and 2016) for which such information is available, depending on the date when the undertaking was registered or commenced operations, and depending on the availability of such information,

— Statement of the responsible person of the Bidder that it is has acquired the minimum gross written premium for the year 1.1.2016 to 31.12.2016.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Minimum gross written premium for the year 1.1.2016 to 31.12.2016 – 700 000,00 MKD,

— Positive financial report for financial years 2015 and 2016.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Reinsurance Programme of at least A- as per the rating of the first reinsurer of the Standard and Poor’s Rating,

— Statement of the responsible person of the Bidder that it has at least three-year experience in property insurance,

— Photocopy of the least 3 (three) signed contracts by the Bidder for property insurance of legal persons, at annual level, for the last three years, with individual value of each contract of at least 20 000 EUR,

— Photocopy of signed at least 5 (five) contracts for contracted damage claims assessors,

— Statement of the responsible person of the Bidder that it has contracted technical staff, who will be in charge of executing the procurement subject matter (incl. the names and surnames of said technical staff).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Reinsurance coverage from a reinsurance undertaking with at least A- credit rating established as per the Standard and Poor’s Rating,

— At least 3-year experience in property insurance,

— At least 3 (three) signed contracts by the Bidder for property insurance of legal persons, at annual level, for the last three years, with individual value of each contract of at least 20 000 EUR,

— At least 5 (five) contracted damage claims assessors,

— Contracted technical staff, who will be in charge of executing the procurement subject matter.
