IV.2.1) In order to prove the personal standing, the economic operator should deliver the following documents:
— statement of the economic operator that in the past five years it was not rendered an effective verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— certificate that a bankruptcy proceeding is not open by a competent authority,
— certificate that a liquidation proceeding is not open by a competent authority,
— certificate on paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by a competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established,
— certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by…
… the legal entities, that it was not rendered minor penalty ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding agreements on public procurement and agreements for public-private partnership,
… legal entities that it was not rendered minor penalty for temporary or permanent ban on performing a specific activity,
— certificate that it was not rendered misdemeanor sanction – prohibition to perform a profession, an activity or a duty i.e. temporary prohibition to perform a specific activity.
IV.2.2) Ability of the economic operator to perform a professional activity:
Document on registered activity.
— license to perform insurance activities in the appropriate insurance class which is the subject matter of the public procurement issued by the insurance supervision agency or the Ministry of Finance.

IV.2.4) Technical or professional ability of the economic operator:
required documents to prove the technical or professional ability of the economic operator:
— tables on adopted maximum self-retention for 2018 for each class of the required coverage reported in the insurance supervision agency as well as tables on declared maximum self-retention for 2019 for each class of the required coverage signed by the responsible person. Copies of active reinsurance agreements with a list of reinsurers included in the agreements with a rating of the reinsurers of at least A according to standard and poor’s or an equivalent to this rating agency — a statement from an authorized signatory that for the period of 2016 and 2017 there are total gross paid liquidated damages of at least 300 000 000,00 MKD per year – a statement from an authorized signatory that there is a total income on the basis of gross premiums written for 2016 and 2017 of 600 000 000,00 MKD per year.

— to have active reinsurance agreements exceeding the declared self-retention with a coverage at least up to the required limit for a harmful event with a rating of the reinsurers of at least A according to standard and poor’s Rating or an equivalent to this rating agency — for the period of 2016 and 2017, to have total gross paid liquidated damages of at least 300 000 000,00 MKD per year,
