In order to prove its personal status, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

— statement of the economic operator that no effective verdict has been issued against the economic operator within the past five years for participation in a crime organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty —…

… ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public - private partnership has been pronounced,

… temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced,

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanor sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective verdict.

Capability of the economic operator for performing professional activity:

Necessary documents for proving the technical or professional capability of the economic operator:

— List of minimum 2 (two) deliveries, with values, dates, purchasers (contracting bodies or economic operators), by provisioning of certificates for minimum 2 (two) performed deliveries of the same or similar volume, as the subject of procurement, issued by the recipients, or if such certificates are not available, statements for minimum 2 (two) performed deliveries issued by the economic operator,

— Statement that the available person or the hired person (regardless of whether such person is employed at the economic operator) has…

… BSc in Electrical Engineering/BSc in Informatics, and minimum 5 (years) working experience with ArcGIS platform and diploma for finished master studies in the area of project management or certificate for proving the professional capability for leading projects PMP, Waterfall, Agile, PRiSM, PRINCE 2, Scrum and realized project – leading corporate GIS project with ArcGIS platform, as a project leader,

… university diploma from the area of technical sciences and possesses “Enterprise geodatabase management professional” certificate issued by the ArcGIS platform manufacturer,

— Statement of the economic operator that the available person or the hired person (regardless of whether such person is employed at the economic operator) has BSc in Electrical Engineering/BSc in Informatics, and “WEB Application Developer Associate” certificate issued by the ArcGIS platform manufacturer,

— Statement from the economic operator that the available person or the hired person (regardless of whether such person is employed at the economic operator) has university diploma from the area of technical sciences and possesses “Authorized Teacher Editing Data with ArcGIS for Desktop” certificate issued by the ArcGIS platform manufacturer.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— The economic operator to have at least 2 (two) realized contracts in the last 3 (three) years for development of WEB GIS applications based on licensed ArcGIS platform,

— To have or hire technical staff within the contract duration period, as follows:At least 1 (one) certified technician for the position…

… “Project Leader”, person with BSc in Electrical Engineering/BSc in Informatics, with minimum 5 (five) years working experience with ArcGIS platform, with knowledge of the methodology for leading projects and at least one of the offered certificates:PMP, Waterfall, Agile, PRiSM, PRINCE 2, Scrum or master studies from the area of project management or equivalent thereof, with at least 1 (one) realized project – leading corporate GIS project with ArcGIS platform, as a project leader,

… “Spatial Database Management Expert”, with university diploma from the area of technical sciences, with “Enterprise geodatabase management professional” certificate, issued by the ArcGIS platform manufacturer,

… “WEB GIS Programmer”, with BSc in Electrical Engineering/BSc in Informatics, with “WEB Application Developer Associate” certificate, issued by the ArcGIS platform manufacturer,

… “GIS Data Editing Expert”, with university diploma from the area of technical sciences, with “Authorized Teacher Editing Data with ArcGIS for Desktop” certificate, issued by the ArcGIS platform manufacturer.
