Balance sheet report for the last 3 years certified by a competent authority, that is to say, audited Balance sheet or excerpts of the Balance Sheet Report in case where the publishing of the Balance sheet is prescribed by law in the country where the economic operator is registered.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

The economic operator has to have positive financial operations in the last 3 years, and has to have generated total revenues of at least 15 000 000 (fifteen million) MKD.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Certificate from contracting authorities for at least 1 (one) completed delivery of same or similar type on the territory of Republic of Macedonia in the last 3 years. If such certificates may not be obtained due to reasons outside the control of the economic operator, only a statement by the latter for the completed deliveries;

— Manufacturer authorisation from (Copy),

— economic operator has to provide a list of at least 10 (ten) certified employees or contracted technical persons by enclosing adequate certificates as proof of their expertise in the field of business activity,

— statement that has at its disposal at least 1 (one)…
