Document stating the registered activity (Form DRD) as evidence that the economic operator is registered as a natural or legal person for performing the activity related to the subject matter of this public procurement contract or evidence that it belongs to a relevant professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where registered.

Balance sheet verified by a competent authority, i.e. an audited balance sheet, or extracts from the balance sheet where the publication of the balance sheet is regulated by law in the country where the economic operator is registered; or - extract from the overall turnover of the enterprise (datum from the statement of financial performance issued by a competent body, i.e. an audited statement of financial performance) and, where appropriate, from the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract for the last 3 financial years maximum for which such information is available depending on the date when the company was established or commenced with operation and depending on the availability of such information.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Minimum turnover for the last 3 years in the amount of at least 30 000 000,00 MKD for each year.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Reference list of at least 3 (three) works executed in the last 5 years with submission of a document confirming the satisfactory execution of the most important works; certificates including value, time and location of execution of the works and indication whether the works were executed in accordance with the rules of business and whether they have been duly completed.

Statement of the economic operator referring to the number of employees and the number of employed engineers with authorization B for construction works covering the last 3 years.

Statement concerning the technical equipment of the economic operator to carry out the works.

Copy of authorization B of at least 2 (two) employed construction engineers as verified by the economic operator.

Notification of the elements of the contract that the economic operator intends to subcontract.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— to have signed at least 3 (three) contracts for construction works of the same or similar type as the contract subject in the last 5 years,

— to have at least 15 (fifteen) employees, out of which 2 (two) persons are engineers with authorization B for construction of buildings, in the last 3 years,

— to own the minimum technical equipment for the execution of the works subject of this contract.
