Necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met:

— statement by the economic operator that it has not been announced, in the last 5 years, effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering

— certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy procedure issued by competent authority,

— certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by competent authority,

— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where that economic operator is established,

— certificate from the Register of penalties for committed criminal acts of legal entities that a minor penalty…

… ban on participation in procedures for public announcements, awarding of public procurement contracts and contracts for public private partnership has not been imposed,

… temporary or permanent ban on performing certain activity has not been imposed,

— certificate that it has not been announced any sanctions for misdemeanor with an effective court decision, resulting in prohibition for pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e. in a temporary prohibition for performing professional activity,

— Business Registration Certificate (BRC) as a proof that he is registered either as a natural or legal entity for performing a professional activity related to the subject of public procurement contract, or a proof that he belongs to a respective professional association as per the legislation of the country he is registered in.

Техничка и професионална способност:

For Part 1: Earthworks, masonry works, concrete and reinforced concrete works, painting works, glass works, locksmith works, carpentry, wood flooring, sheet-metal works, and roofing works.

To qualify as competent in implementing the public procurement contract in terms of his technical and professional competence, the economic operator must meet the following requirements:

— minimum 1 implemented Contract on buildings maintenance (including construction works) in the last 3 years, with minimum contract amount of 2 000 000,00 MKD.

Evidence: Submitted copy of the Contract and a written confirmation of satisfactory performance of services (performance certificate),

— Requirement: Minimum ten (10) employees, and the following evidence: submitted copies of employment proofs, or of respective evidence of engagement according to the valid Public Procurement Law.

Staff requirements:

— minimum 1 B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.

Evidence: copy of Diploma; copy of employment proof, or of respective evidence of engagement according to the valid Public Procurement Law,

— Civil Engineering-Geodetic vocation.

Requirement: Minimum 2 employees with minimum completed vocational high-school education (of 3 years).

Evidence: Copy of a Diploma for completed high vocational school; copy of employment proof, or of respective evidence of engagement according to the valid Public Procurement Law

— Minimum 3 general laborers:

Evidence: Copy of employment proof, or of respective evidence of engagement according to the valid Public Procurement Law.

Machinery required:

(a) Cargo vehicle, 1 (one), of minimum 1 ton loading capacity.

Evidence: Proof of either ownership or of secured access to one as per the article 154 of the Public Procurement Law, copy of vehicle registration certificate, a Statement confirming the required loading capacity,

(b) Small cargo vehicle (pick-up van), 1 (one).

Evidence: Proof of either ownership or of secured access to one as per the article 154 of the Public Procurement Law, copy of vehicle registration certificate,

Scaffold, with minimum height of 8 m, 1 (one).

Evidence: Proof of either ownership or of secured access to one as per the article 154 of the Public Procurement Law, a Statement confirming the required height,

(d) The economic operator shall be required, with his staff and technical equipment available, to undertake diverse types of activities at several facilities (tolling stations) simultaneously.

Evidence: Statement.

For Part 2: Water supply system, sewage system, sanitary ware, hot-water heating system, tiling and terrazzo works, insulation works.

— minimum 1 implemented Contract on buildings maintenance (including construction works related to water supply system, sewage system, sanitary ware, hot-water heating system, tiling and terrazzo works, insulation works) in the last 3 years, with minimum contract amount of 500 000,00 MKD.

Evidence: Submitted copy of the Contract and a written confirmation of satisfactory performance of services (performance certificate).

— Requirement: Minimum five (5) employees, and the following evidence: submitted copies of employment proofs, or of respective evidence of engagement according to the valid Public Procurement Law.

— Civil Engineering-Geodetic vocation

Requirement: Minimum 1 employee with minimum completed vocational high-school education (of 3 years).

Evidence: copy of a Diploma for completed high vocational school; copy of employment proof, or of respective evidence of engagement according to the valid Public Procurement Law

— Minimum 2 general laborers:

Evidence: copy of employment proof, or of respective evidence of engagement according to the valid Public Procurement Law.

(e) Small cargo vehicle (pick-up van), 1 (one).

(f) The economic operator shall be required, with his staff and technical equipment available, to undertake diverse types of activities at several facilities (tolling stations) simultaneously.

For Part 3: Electricity — supply, lighting.

— Minimum 1 implemented Contract on buildings maintenance (electricity) in the last 3 years, with minimum contract amount of 500 000,00 MKD.

— Requirement: Minimum five (5) employees, and the following evidence: Submitted copies of employment proofs, or of respective evidence of engagement according to the valid Public Procurement Law.

— Electro-technical vocation.

(a) Small cargo vehicle (pick-up van), 1 (one).

(b) The economic operator shall be required, with his staff and technical equipment available, to undertake diverse types of activities at several facilities (tolling stations) simultaneously.
