— statement of the economic operator that in the last 5 years he has not been pronounced a final verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered,

— a certificate from the Register of penalties for committed criminal acts of legal entities that it has not been pronounced secondary…

… penalty ban on participation in public call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts for Public private partnership,

… punishment temporary or permanent ban on performing a particular activity,

— Confirmation that a final verdict has not been pronounced a misdemeanor sanction — ban on performing profession, activity or duty, that is, a temporary ban on performing a particular activity.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— The economic operator must have performed at least 3 (three) services from the subject procurement in the last 3 (three) years.

— To be technically equipped with machinery and equipment for at least 1 tank for manual and machine washing on the streets:

—— minimum 1 hydraulic wood cutting trim in accessible and inaccessible places and changing the lamps of the existing candelabras, minimum 1 (one) motor milling machine for asphalt surfaces,

—— minimum 10 mowers,

—— minimum 3 submersible pumps for irrigation of the greenery and o minimum 250 sprinklers and hoses to fully cover the irrigation area.

— To hire / provide at least 30 persons who will be responsible for realization of the subject of procurement.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— a list of the main services performed by the bidders or candidates made in the last 3 years, with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by providing a certificate of performed services issued by the recipients or, if such certificates can not be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only with his statement for the performed services,

— statement on the technical equipment and capability of the economic operator for the disposal of a minimum of 1 cistern for manual and machine washing on the streets, minimum 1 hydraulic tree trim box in accessible and inaccessible places and changing lamps from existing caliber, minimum 1 (one) motor saw mill for machining on asphalt surfaces

—— minimum 10 mowers,

—— minimum 3 submersible pumps for irrigation of greenery,

—— minimum 250 nozzles and hoses to fully cover the irrigation quadrature. To perform the service in question; and — a statement for the engaged technical personnel and technical authorities, regardless of whether they directly belong to the economic operator.
