Техничка и професионална способност:
— for sections 1, 2, 3, and 7 of the subject of procurement, a statement from the economic operator for secured expert a person who will be in charge of installing, maintaining and servicing the equipment, with attachment Certificate of the qualified person trained for servicing equipment issued by the manufacturer of equipment. If the professional person is not employed or is engaged with the economic operator, the economic operator shall also submit proof that it will be available to the economic operator the economic operator for servicing the offered equipment within and beyond the warranty period (contract with servicer or legal entity where the service provider is employed),

— for sections 4, 5 and 6 of the subject of Procurement of the Authorization from the manufacturer of the equipment issued on behalf of the economic operator that it authorizes the distribution, maintenance and servicing of the offered equipment,

— for the Parts 1, 2, 3, and 7 of the subject of procurement, the Economic Operator shall have the expertise person for installation, maintenance and servicing of equipment, employed or engaged in the economic operator, who owns a certificate for servicing the offered equipment for the par ticular one part for which a bid is submitted, issued by the manufacturer of the equipment,
