A statement that no verdict in force has been passed to the economic operator in the last 5 years for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry,

— certificate that no bankruptcy proceedings have been instituted by a competent body,

— certificate that no liquidation proceedings have been instituted by a competent body,

— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public expenses from a competent body from the country where the economic operator is registered,

— certificate that no sanction for prohibition for participating in public procurement procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contract for public-private partnerships is issued by the Sanction register for committed criminal acts of legal entities,

— certificate that no sanction for permanent or temporary prohibition for performing of separate activity is issued by the Sanction register for committed criminal acts of legal entities,

— Certificate that no offence sanction has been passed by verdict in force — prohibition from practicing a profession, activity or duty that is temporary prohibition from exercising a certain duty.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Statement of the total turnover of the company (data of profit and loss account issued by a competent body, that is revised profit and loss account) and where appropriate, statement of the turnover in the field covered by the public procurement contract for the last 3 financial years for such information is available depending on the companies’ incorporation date or the commencement date of its activity and depending on the accessibility of such information.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

The total turnover cannot be lower than the estimated value of the procurement subject in at least one of the previous past 3 years.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— The economic operator should provide list of main deliveries related to the procurement subject completed in the past 3 years, stating values, dates, purchasers (contracting authorities or economic operators), providing certificate for completed deliveries issued by the recipients or if such certificate is not applicable due to uncontrollable circumstances by the economic operator, a declared statement by the economic operator shall be deemed as satisfactory,

— Declare statement for usage of non-cash payment system,

— Declare statement for available (minimum one gas station on the territory of the municipalities of Ohrid, Bitola, Gevgelija, Stip, Kumanovo, Veles and Tetovo).

— Experience in relevant completed contracts related to the procurement subject in the past 3 years,

— Technical capacity for using non-cash payment system and,

— Make available at least 1 gas station on the territory of the municipalities of Ohrid, Bitola, Gevgelija, Stip, Kumanovo, Veles and Tetovo).
