Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

— statement of economic operator that in the last five years there was no effective conviction for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— certificate that any competent authority has initiated no open…

… bankruptcy procedure,

… liquidation procedure,

— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public payments by competent authority in the country where the economic operator has been registered in,

— certificate from the Register of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that there is no minor penalty that prohibits participation in procedures for public announcement, awarding contracts on public procurements and contract for public-private partnership,

— certificate from Register of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that there is no effective conviction for temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain activity,

— certificate that there is no effective conviction by which infringement sanction has been imposed on — interdiction for professional activities, activities or duties, i.e. temporary interdiction of separate activity realization.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— list of main services of the bidders performed in the last three years, containing values, dates, buyers (contracting bodies and economic operators), by providing certificate for performed services to the receivers, or, if such certificates may not be obtained for purposes not in control of the economic operator, only statement for performed services (for condition number 1) is necessary,

— statement for technical equipment and capacity of the economic operator and his other potentials for performing concrete services and ensuring quality (for condition number 2, 3, 5, and 6), and

— statement of the engaged technical personnel and technical bodies, regardless if they directly belong to the economic operator (for condition number 4).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1. to have performed similar services as the procurement subject in the last 3 (three) years;

2. to have at least one covered service, i.e. service centre equipped with minimum 5 hoists, at least 1 of which with a capacity of 5 ton on the territory of the city of Skopje;

3. to have at its disposal storage space and spare parts supplies;

4. to have at its disposal professional and technical personnel who shall be engaged in the realisation of the procurement subject, out of which at least 2 mechanics, 2 electronic engineers, 1 automobile painter, who shall be professionally trained to repair and maintain the type of vehicle which the offer has been submitted for;

5. to be technically equipped and to have a potential for performing the subject service in at least 5 working stations, one device for defect diagnostics, chamber for vehicle painting, and computer defect diagnostics software; and

6. to have at its disposal at least 1 (one) vehicle for passenger vehicle transportation — Tow Service.
