— statement that it owns an authorized private or rented with a contract for business technical cooperation, selling salon, for sale of the goods — procurement subject — statement that it owns an authorized private or rented with a contract for business technical cooperation, vehicle maintenance service — statement that it owns private or has rented with a contract for business technical cooperation, spare part warehouse for the offered vehicles — statement that it owns or has engaged professional staff at least 3 (three) workers responsible for vehicle maintenance during the duration of the contract as follows 2 (two) experts in the field of vehicle mechanics and 1 (one) expert in the field of vehicle electricity — statement that it has provided private or rented with a contract for business technical cooperation, a free wrecker in the event of vehicle breakdown or road traffic accident, on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia and Europe (as continent) of at least 5 (five) years’ standing.

Minimum criteria for determining the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:

— to own an authorized private or rented with a contract for business technical cooperation, selling salon, for sale of the goods - procurement subject — to own an authorized private or rented with a contract for business technical cooperation, vehicle maintenance service — to own private or rented with a contract for business technical cooperation, spare part warehouse for the offered vehicles - to own or engage professional staff at least 3 (three) workers responsible for vehicle maintenance during the duration of the contract as follows 2 (two) experts in the field of vehicle mechanics and 1 (one) expert in the field of vehicle electricity — to provide private or rented with a contract for business technical cooperation, a free wrecker in the event of vehicle breakdown or road traffic accident, on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia and Europe (as continent) of at least 5 (five) years’ standing.
