Краток опис:

1. The event will be organized from 29.5.2018 — 31.5.2018. The participants of the event will arrive on 29.5.2018, and their departure is scheduled for 31.5.2018 and 1.6.2018 depending on the flights. On 29.5.2018 in the afternoon a meeting of the representatives of AOM is envisaged (Association of Ombudsmen of the Mediterranean). The official event on the occasion of the jubilee of the Ombudsman will be held on 30.5.2018 in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia in the morning. The AOM conference will start in the afternoon on 30.5.2018 and it will end on 31.5.2018. It will be held in the premises of the hotel where the guests will be accommodated. During these 2 days 2 official dinners in two different national restaurants have also been planned, as well as 2 tourist presentations of the city and its sights;

2. The event will be organized from 7.11.2018 — 8.11.2018. The participants of the event will arrive on 6.11.2018, and their departure is scheduled for 8.11.2018 and 9.11.2018 depending on the flights. The conference will begin on 7.11.2018, and it will end on 8.11.2018. It will be held in the premises of the hotel where the guests will be accommodated.

During these 2 days one official dinner in a national restaurant has been planned.

Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

— personal status,

— qbility to perform a professional activity,

— economic and financial status,

— technical and professional ability.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— appropriate bank statements,

— evidence of relevant insurance for professional risk compensation,

— balance sheet statement certified by a competent authority, that is, revised balance sheet or excerpts from the balance sheet in cases when the publication of the balance sheet is prescribed by law in the country where the economic operator has been registered,

— an extract from the overall turnover of the enterprise (data from the profit and loss account issued by a competent authority, that is, revised profit and loss account) and, where appropriate, from the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract, maximum for the last 3 financial years for which such information is available, depending on the date on which the enterprise was established or commenced its operation and depending on the availability of such information.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди: — to have a turnover of minimum 60 000 000 MKD for the last 3 years.
Техничка и професионална способност:

— a statement for a minimum of 4 employees, a M1/M2 form for each of the employees stated in the statement, as well as a proof from a competent body for recording the years of service for the appointed team leader,

— a list of organized events performed in the last three years with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by providing a certificate of the organized events issued by the recipients or, if such certificates can not be provided for reasons beyond control the economic operator, only with his statement on the performed services,

— a statement for the engaged technical personnel and technical authorities, regardless of whether they directly belong to the economic operator,

— notification on the elements of the contract that the economic operator intends to delegate to a subcontractor.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— minimum 4 employees from whom the team leader must have at least 10 years of working experience in the profession,

— reference list with minimum 20 organized events with over 150 participants in the past 3 years.
