Type of vehicle: ambulance vehicle for emergency medical aid with medical equipment driving fuel: diesel, front wheel drive, capacity of the aggregate up to 1 600 cm
Gearbox: manual, at least 6 gears + 1 reverse
Number of doors: 5
2-door cabin, doors in the patient area: 2 doors on the rear with 180º opening and one side right-hand sliding door with glass windows in the patient's transport area.
Number of seats driver's cabin: 1 + 2 (driver, + 2 co-drivers), + minimum 3 seats in the patient's section overall length of the vehicle: minimum 5350 mm
Height of the vehicle: from 2 450 mm to a maximum of 2 800 mm with light and acoustic signalization vehicle width (without side-view mirrors): maximum up to 2 000 mm interior dimensions of the vehicle (patient area)
Length of patient area: minimum 2 600 mm
Minimum height of patient area minimum 1 800 mm
Vehicle equipment: ABS, ESP, cooling/heating system for cooling and heating in the cabin forward and the patient's transfer area.
Electrical installation: electrical connection in the patient area that enables external connection in the electricity for activities such as:
— charging batteries (battery),
— use of medical devices if installed.
The internal interior of the patient area should be fully coated with polyester plating in combination with ABS plastic, all adapted according to the radius of the vehicle.
The material should be resistant to all means of washing or disinfecting agents with a chemical or biological base.
The vehicle's ceiling should be made of a one-piece plating with a polyester console mounted on a steel construction. It should include a full-length armrest, built-in lighting, ventilation and infusion box for 2 infusion bottles.The floor of the vehicle should be made on a reinforced hard surface coated in a high-quality floor, antistatic with anti-skid layer, acid-resistant and anti-bacterial.

Baffle (partitioned wall): one window to be installed in the barrier wall. This window will allow direct visual contact with the driver. The window should be secured from accidental opening and have a movable (sliding) lid or other type of driver protection so as not to interfere with the additional light that will be fitted in the patient section.

Patient window: at least one external window must be installed.One side to the right which must necessarily open with sliding.This window needs to be further dimmed, as needed, if necessary, to ensure the patient's privacy.
In the patient area, space must be designed and planned out, so that medical equipment can be fitted in accordance with the type of vehicle.
The vehicle should be equipped with a warning light and sound warning. The luminous signalization should be placed on the front of the roof of the vehicle and mounted on the left and right side of the upper side of the vehicle. Light console in width minimum 1 200 mm with LED flashing group of lights. In the console itself, a built-in electronic electronic siren with a blaring tone and a choice of minimum 6 melodies with speakerphone.

In order to prove the competence to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a natural or legal person for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract or evidence that it belongs to appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

Method of payment
The following means of payment is envisaged within 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice for the delivery of the goods. The payment method is required. Any bid that contains a payment method different from that determined in this item shall be considered unacceptable and as such will be rejected by the public procurement commission.

Deadline and place of delivery-The holder of the procurement shall be obliged to deliver the subject of the contract within 150 days from the day of signing the contract on the following location PHI Health Center Ohrid.
The deadline and place of delivery are mandatory. Any offer containing a deadline and place of delivery different from those specified in this item shall be deemed unacceptable and as such will be rejected by the public procurement commission.
Difference in price (price correction)-No price correction is foreseen
