2.3.1 In order to prove the ability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a natural or legal person for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract or evidence that it belongs to a relevant professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

2.3.2 Evidence issued by a competent body for fulfilling the special conditions for performing the activity prescribed in accordance with the law that relate to the subject of the contract.
