— statement of economic operator that in the last 5 years there was no effective conviction for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— certificate that any competent authority has initiated no open…

— certificate from the register of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that there is no minor penalty that prohibits participation in procedures for public announcement, awarding contracts on public procurements and contract for public-private partnership,

— certificate from register of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that there is no effective conviction for temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain activity,

— certificate that there is no effective conviction by which infringement sanction has been imposed on — interdiction for professional activities, activities or duties, i.e. temporary interdiction of separate activity realization.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

Economic operator shall prove the fulfilling of the minimum requirement by delivering -extract of the total turnover of the company (data from the balance sheet issued by competent authority i.e. audited income statement and, where appropriate, data on the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract for the last 3 years mostly, for which there is such information depending on the date on which the company has been established or started operating and depending on the availability of such information. If the balance sheets and the income statements have been subjected to a commercial audit, the economic operator shall deliver the same, certified by a competent authority as a proof that the same meets the minimum requirement for determining the economic and financial standing. If the balance sheets and the income statements have not been subjected to a commercial audit, the economic operator shall deliver the same certified i.e. issued by competent authority as a proof that the same meets the minimum requirement for determining the economic and financial standing. Competent authority in Republic of Macedonia is the Central Register of Republic of Macedonia.

the economic operator should have generated income not lower than the estimated value of the procurement in at least one of the last 3 years.

Техничка и професионална способност:

List of successfully realized contracts in connection to the procurement’s subject matter in the last 3 years, along with the values of the contracts, dates of conclusion, buyers (Contracting Authorities or economic operators) by providing a confirmation letter for performed deliveries issued by the receivers or, if unable to provide such confirmation letters from reasons not in control of the economic operator, he should provide only his statement for performed deliveries.
