— confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty —…

… ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public — private partnership has been pronounced,

… temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced,

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective verdict,

— Document for Registered Activity (DRA Template), as proof that the bidder is registered as natural person or legal entity for conducting the activity related with the subject of the public procurement contract or proof that the bidder belongs to the relevant professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where the bidder is registered. Considering the fact that the procurement holder is going to set up electric decorations on the public electric network for public lighting, the economic operator to need to submit a “B” license for performance of second-category constructions, in accordance with the Law on construction, issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of RM, while foreign bidders need to submit a Certificate to confirm that they are authorized to perform second-category constructions, issued by the relevant state administration body competent for conducting works for spatial arrangement of RM, in accordance with Article 42 of the Law on Construction, as proof of fulfillment of special conditions for performing the activity prescribed in accordance with the law that applies to the subject of the agreement.

– The bidder is authorized to trade pyrotechnics, issued by the Ministry of Interior in accordance with Article 34 of the Law on protection from explosive materials and Article 4 of the Law on circulation of explosive materials.
