— statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,
— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,
— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the Authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered,
— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…
… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced,
… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced,
— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict.

For Part 1: Reference list for performed services by attaching at least 3 (three) contracts (copies) and 3 (three) certificates (copies) for timely and qualitаtively rendered services related to the same contracts.
For Part 2: Authorization “B” For preparation of project documentation in the field of traffic engineering for the employee or engaged designer and M1/M2 forms or contract for engagement of a designer — graduated traffic engineer for the preparation of a project documentation in the field of traffic engineering — A contract for the engagement of a legal entity for the audit of project documentation accompanied by a B license for audit of project documentation issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications as well as M1/M2 Form or contract for engagement of an auditor — graduated traffic engineer with Authorization B for audit of project documentation from the same person.

For Part 1: The Economic Operator to have realized at least 3 contracts for the preparation of a basic or infrastructure project for thoroughfares, a basic or infrastructure project for water supply networks or a basic project or infrastructure project for faecal or atmospheric networks in the last 3 years with a minimum value of the contracts of 3 000 000 (three million) denars including VAT — cumulative.

For Part 2: The Economic operator must have at least 1 (one) employed or engaged person with authorization “B” for preparation of project documentation in the field of traffic engieering — The economic operator needs to have an engaged legal entity with B license for audit of project documentation and an employed or engaged auditor, a graduated traffic engineer with B authorization for audit of project documentation in the field of traffic engineering and who had not participated in the preparation of the project documentation for which he is engaged as an auditor.
