In order to prove its personal status, the economical operator should submit the following documents:
— statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,
— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,
— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered,
— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…
… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced,
… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced,
— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction – ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict.
Capability for performing professional activity of the economical operator:
Document for registered professional activity.
License B for designing second category constructions Document for registered professional activity.

Documents necessary to prove the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:
— For Part 1: — Reference list for performed services, attaching at least 3 contracts (copies) and 3 certificates (copies) for timely and qualitatively performed services relating to the same contracts,
— For Part 2: — Authorization "B" for preparation of project documentation in the area of traffic engineering for the employee or a contracted designer and a certificate from an employment agency or contract for engagement of the designer:
—— graduated traffic engineer for preparation of project documentation in the field of traffic engineering
—— a contract for the engagement of a legal entity for audit of project documentation accompanied by a B license for audit of project documentation issued by the Ministry of transport and communications, as well as а statement from an employment agency or a contract for engaging an auditor,

Minimum criteria needed for establishing the technical and professional condition of the economic operator:
— For Part 1: — The economic operator to have implemented a minimum of 3 contracts for the preparation of basic or infrastructural project for thoroughfares or railroad, bridges, basic or infrastructural project for water supply networks or basic or infrastructural project for atmospheric networks in the last 3 years with a value of contracts of minimum 6 000 000,00 MKD VAT included — cumulative,
