In order to prove its personal status, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

— statement of the economic operator that no effective verdict has been issued against the economic operator within the past 5 years for participation in a crime organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— confirmation from the register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty —…

… ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public — private partnership has been pronounced,

… temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced,

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanor sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective verdict.

Capability of the economic operator for performing professional activity:

Document for registered activity — DRA.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Necessary documents for proving the technical or professional capability of the economic operator:

— reference list with minimum 2 (two) successful deliveries of the Document Management System or minimum 2 (two) successful completed/ongoing maintenances of the Document Management System in the Republic of Macedonia, based on the Documentum platform,

— statement that it has employed or engaged minimum 4 (four) persons by enclosing the following:

—— CVs that inter alia specify the experience of the persons (for minimum 3 persons for whom working experience of minimum 3 years),

—— copies of required certificates (one person may possess both required certificates).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Minimum criteria for determining the technical and professional status of the economic operator:

— the economic operator to have minimum 2 (two) successful deliveries of the Document Management System or minimum 2 (two) successful completed/ongoing maintenances of the Document Management System in the Republic of Macedonia, based on the Documentum platform,

— the economic operator to have minimum 4 (four) employees or contracted persons where minimum 3 (three) employees or contracted persons who work on development and maintenance of Document Management System (DMS) solutions, with working experience of minimum 3 (three) years in the area of development and maintenance on the following platforms Open Text Documentum and MY SQL server,

— minimum one (1) employee or contracted person possessing…

… the ITIL expert certificate,

… a valid CISM — Certified Information Security Manager certificate.
