The Service Provider undertakes to inspect and, at the same time, provide quality maintenance and servicing of the elevators that are subject to this Contract and:
— To inspect the components of the elevators that are subject to this contract once a month, as well as to inspect and control the safety components and the functioning of the elevator,
– To handle malfunctions,
– To intervene at the call of the service user in a period of maximum 24 hours after receiving the call and to perform the services within a period of 2 days at the latest,
– To be prepared to intervene 24 hours a day, including non-working days and state and religious holidays. And all other works listed in Article 20 of the Rulebook on the Use of Elevators and Transporters.

In order to prove the capability for performing professional activity the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity – DRA template, as a proof that it has been registered as a natural person or legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract or a proof that it belongs to the appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where the economic operator is registered.
