The Contracting Authority shall exclude from the procedure for awarding a public contract any economic operator:
— within the last 5 years it was announced effective court decision for participation in a criminal organization corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— which was announced a minor penalty ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding contracts and contracts for public-private partnership,
— which was announced a minor penalty for temporary or permanent prohibition of professional activity,
— which is in bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings,
— who has unpaid taxes, contributions and other public duties, unless the economic operator has been granted deferred payment of taxes, contributions or other taxes in accordance with special regulations and are regularly paid,
— was pronounced a misdemeanor sanction prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform certain activity,
— who gives false information or fails to submit the information requested by the Contracting Authority.
To prove its personal situation, the economic operator shall submit the following documents: EN Standard form 02 — Contract notice 7/20
— statement by the economic operator that in the last 5 years has not been announced verdict for participation in EN standard form 02 — Contract Notice 7/20 criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure by the competent authority, EN standard form 02 — Contract Notice 7/20,
— confirmation that no bankruptcy liquidation procedure by the competent authority,
— confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established,
— certificate from the registry of penalties for committed crimes by legal persons that have been imposed minor penalty…
… ban on participation in public tender procedures, the award of public procurement contracts and public private partnerships,
… for temporary or permanent prohibition of professional activity,
— confirmation that the final sentence has been imposed sanction ban on performing profession, activity or duty or prohibition to perform certain activity.
