In order to prove its personal standing, the economic operator should submit the following documents- statement that the economic operator, in the last five years has no final verdicts for participating in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud or money laundering:

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered,

— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for…

… committed criminal acts of the entities stating that no minor penalty banning the participation in open call procedures, awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been issued,

… criminal acts of legal entities that no minor penalty has been issued, temporary or permanent ban on performing a particular business activity,

— confirmation that no penalty sanction has been issued - ban on carrying out a profession, business activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on performing a particular business activity.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

To have income no less than the assessed value of the procurement in at least one of the last three years.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Statement of the overall turnover of the company (data from the profit and loss account issued by a competent authority i.e. revised profit and loss account) and, where appropriate, of the turnover in the area that is covered by the public procurement contract for the last three financial years for which such information is available, depending on the date when the company was established or started working and depending on the availability of such information.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— experience in successfully executed contracts related to the subject of procurement in the last three years,

— technical possibility for the use a non-cash payments system and - availability i.e. providing minimum one gas station in the radius of no more than 10 kilometers from the headquarters of the contracting authority (the criteria refers to Part 1 Eurosuper BS 95).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

List of successfully realized contracts related to the subject of procurement in the last three years, including the values of the contracts, execution dates, buyers (contracting parties or economic operators), by providing certificates for executed deliveries issued by the recipients or if such certificates cannot be provided due to reasons beyond reasonable control of the economic operator, only with their statement for executed deliveries:

— statement for use of a non-cash payments system, and,

— statement for availability i.e. providing at least one gas station in the radius of at least 10 kilometers from the headquarters of the contracting authority (the criteria refers only to Part 1 - Eurosuper BS 95).
