Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

— a declaration by the economic operator that in the last five years has not been a final verdict for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure was not opened by the competent authority,

— certificate that no liquidation procedure was opened by the competent authority,

— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country in which the economic operator is registered,

— certificate for the penalty registry for crimes committed by legal entities that are not imposed with a ban on participation in public bidding procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and public – private partnership,

— certificate from the penalty register for crimes committed by the legal entities that were not imposed with temporary or permanent ban on performing a certain activity,

— certificate stating that there has not been imposed a misdemeanor sanction – ban on performing profession activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for specific activity,

— document for registered activity.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— list of main services of the bidders or candidates performed in the last 3 years, including amounts, dates. buyers (Contracting Authorities or economic operators), providing certificates for the services rendered issued by the recipient or, if such certificates may not be provided due to reasons outside the control of the economic operator, only its statement on the services rendered. Upon request of the Contracting Authority, the economic operator is obliged to prove that the system implemented is functional, by on-site inspection in the institution where it has been implemented and is functioning,

— certificate for ISO 9001 Quality management systems or equivalent,

— certificate for ISO 20000-1 IT service management system or equivalent and

— certificate ISO 27001 information security management system or equivalent.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— to have implemented the offered system for document storage and management, which is functioning in at least one institution of Republic of Macedonia

— ISO 9001 quality management systems or equivalent,

— ISO 20000-1 IT service management system or equivalent,

— ISO 27001 information security management system or equivalent.

Потребни депозити и гаранции: Guarantee for quality performance of the agreement 5,00 %.
