— Statement of the economic operator that, within the last five years, he/she has not had any legally effective judgment for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering, pronounced against him/her,

— Certificate that it is not subject to a bankruptcy procedure opened by a competent authority,

— Certificate that it is not subject to a liquidation procedure opened by a competent authority,

— Certificate of paid taxes, contributions and other public dues issued by a competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— Certificate from the Registry of Offences for Committed Crimes by Legal…

… Persons that a secondary sentence for prohibition of participation on public bidding procedures or awarding of public procurement or public private partnerships contracts has not been issued against it,

… Persons, that a secondary sentence for provisional or permanent prohibition to execute a specific business activity has not been issued against it,

— Certificate that there is no legally effective judgment imposing a misdemeanour sanction involving prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform a specific activity, imposed against it.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— List of references, by providing certificates for timely and quality delivery of same or similar type equipment or, if such certificates may not be provided due to reasons outside the control of the economic operator, only its statement thereof,

— Document/certificate issued by the manufacturer of the equipment offered that it is authorised to deliver and sell the equipment offered (Manufacturer Authorisation Form) or equivalent,

— Statement that the Bidder has employed or will contract at least three persons, who will be in charge of the installation, configuration and maintenance of the hybrid PBX, including certificates for their expertise issued by the equipment manufacturer.

Minimum criteria for establishing the technical and professional circumstances of the economic operator:

— Bidder has to have completed at least 1 (one) contract for delivery of same or similar type equipment in the last 3 (three) years,

— Bidder has to possess a document issued by the manufacturer that is authorised to deliver and sell the equipment offered (Manufacturer Authorisation Form) or equivalent,

— Bidder has to have employed or contracted three persons, who will be in charge of the installation, configuration and maintenance of the hybrid PBX, who have certificates for their expertise issued by the equipment manufacturer.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Management System as per ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent certificate issued by institutions established in the EU Member States,

— Management System as per ISO 27001:2013 or equivalent certificate issued by institutions established in the EU Member States.

The Economic Operator shall prove its compliance with the standards for quality management systems by submitted the required certificates for the standards in scanned format.
