Техничка и професионална способност:

— Valid CISM – Certified Information Security Manager, certificate or equivalent for one (1) certified person, as well as valid M1/M2 form or contract on hiring experts,
— Valid ITIL expert certificate or equivalent for two (2) certified persons and valid M1/M2 forms or contracts concluded with hired experts.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
Established system and procedure for online reporting of problems and errors by the Contracting Authority:
— At least one (1) person employed or hired, possessing valid CISM – Certified Information Security Manager Certificate or equivalent: At least two (2) persons employed or hired, possessing ITIL Expert Certificate or its equivalent.
