The economic operator shall be registered as a physical or legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the agreement for public procurement or a proof that it belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

— A decision for wholesale of medical devices in accordance with the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices.

Техничка и професионална способност:

A note given as a follow-up to the technical specification:

1) For the following sections it is necessary:

— the sections with ordinal numbers 1, 2, 119, 124 and 125 to be compatible with coagulometer Humaclot Duo, or an equivalent to it,

— the section with ordinal number 7 to be compatible with a semi-automatic urine analyzer H-100 Dirui, or an equivalent to it,

— the sections with ordinal numbers from 8 to 27 to be compatible with a biochemical analyzer VITROS 250, or an equivalent to it,

— the sections with ordinal numbers 28 an 29 to be compatible with a hematology analyzer — Drew 3, or an equivalent to it,

— the sections with ordinal numbers from…

… 30 to 38 to be compatible with an immunoanalyzer VIdas Blue, or an equivalent to it,

… 39 to 57 to be compatible with a biochemical analyzer Miura 200, or an equivalent to it, and

— the sections with ordinal numbers from 58 to 110 to be compatible with a biochemical analyzer Beckman Coulter AU480, or an equivalent to it;

2) If it is necessary, the contractual authority can ask for catalogues, with pages marked clearly for every part and ordinal number, separately in the catalogue;

3) Until the day of opening the offers, the economic operators shall submit samples in a closed envelope specifying the number of the advertisement, by post or through the archives of the contractual authority, for the following sections:

From section 111 to 118 inclusive, section 122 and section 123.

4) In order to be qualified as competent for fulfillment of the subject agreement for public procurement, the economic operator is obliged to submit the following proof as a part of the technical offer:

For the registered medical devices:

— a decision for putting a medical device into circulation or a temporary permission or a final permission for parallel import in accordance with the Law on medicines and medical devices.

For the unregistered medical devices:

— a valid permission for import (permission for interventional import) in accordance with the Law on medicines and medical devices.
