Услови за учество
Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

— The economic operator shall be registered as a physical or legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the agreement for public procurement or a proof that it belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations in the country where it is registered,

— A licence for performing an energetic activity, wholesale with crude oil, oil derivatives, biofuel and transport fuels.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— A statement of the entire sales of the enterprise (data for the profit and loss account issued by a competent authority, i.e. a reviewed profit and loss account) and where it is appropriate, a statement of the sales in the area covered by the agreement for public procurement, for the last three fiscal years at most, for which this information is available depending on the date when the enterprise was established or started working and depending on the availability of such information.

— A list of successfully realized agreements related to the subject of procurement in the last three years, with values of the agreements, dates of concluding the agreements, purchasers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by providing a certificate for realized deliveries issued by the recipients or, in case that kind of certificates cannot be provided for reasons beyond the economic operator’s control, only with its statement for realized deliveries.

— A condition for signing the agreement with the most favourable elected bidder is providing guarantee by the most favourable elected bidder for quality fulfillment of the agreement in the amount of 5 % of the agreement value.
