Office for Management of Registers of births, marriages and deaths
The identification register is a basic record of the citizen of which later draw information all Ministries and institutions. The identification register is the basic and the most important register within a country. The identification register is a unique source of information for the citizens within the country, and the system management for identification registers is an essential source of information that will be used by all the relevant institutions in the country.
The system is technically based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and is consisted of three-layered web based application.
HTTP segment and middle-tier components are based on the IBM WebSphere application servers, set on IBM AIX UNIX operating systems. Relational database is based on Oracle 11g R2 RAC system placed on IBM AIX UNIX operating systems.
