— A decision for putting the registered medical device into circulation or a temporary or permanent permission for parallel import in accordance with the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices.
For the unregistered medical devices:
— A permission for import (permission for interventional import) in accordance with the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices.

— A condition for signing the agreement with the most favourable elected bidder is providing guarantee by the most favourable elected bidder for quality fulfillment of the agreement in the amount of 10 % of the agreement value.
