— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— certificate of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty —…

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Financial statements of the total company turnover (balance sheet issued by authorized body i.e. revised balance sheet) and when applicable, statements from the turnover activity related to the procurement subject for the past 3 annual years whatever for such information is available depending on the incorporation date of the company or its starting operational date and depending if such information is obtainable.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Has realized profit not less than the estimated amount of this procurement in at least 1 year of the past 3 years

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Deliver a statement for technical capacity of the economic operator – minimum 2 transport tanks of Mazut M-1, enclosed with confirmation of candy scale and ADR certificates issued by authorized legal entity pursuant to the Metrology Law – Deliver a statement for engaged technical staff – minimum 2 drivers with supporting evidence – ADR Management Certificate

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Provide minimum 2 self-owned or leased special transport tanks of Mazut M-1, holding ADR certification and whereby the delivery is performed in kilograms through candy scale with supporting evidence issued from the Metrology Bureau; — Engaged technical staff – minimum 2 drivers responsible for oil delivery holding ADR Management certificate.
