IV.2.1) In order to prove the personal standing, the economic operator should deliver the following documents:
— statement of the economic operator that in the past 5 years it was not rendered an effective verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— certificate that a bankruptcy proceeding is not open by a competent authority,
— certificate that a liquidation proceeding is not open by a competent authority,
— certificate on paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by a competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established,
— certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by…
… the legal entities, that it was not rendered minor penalty ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding agreements on public procurement and agreements for public-private partnership,
… legal entities that it was not rendered minor penalty for temporary or permanent ban on performing a specific activity
— certificate that it was not rendered misdemeanor sanction – prohibition to perform a profession, an activity or a duty i.e. temporary prohibition to perform a specific activity.

A statement of the overall turnover of the enterprise (data from the profit and loss account issued by a competent authority i.e. revised profit and loss account) for the last 3 financial years, from which it can be determined that the economic operator has earned an income of not less than 15 000 000 MKD in at least one of the last 3 years.

To have earned an income of not less than 15 000 000 MKD in at least one of the last 3 financial years.
Техничка и професионална способност:
Required documents to prove the technical or professional ability of the economic operator:
— a list of main deliveries of steel pipes related to the subject matter of the procurement, performed in the last 3 years, with values, dates, and buyers, with provided certificates on performed deliveries issued by the buyers or, if such certificates cannot be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only with its statement on the performed deliveries,

— statement with a description of the technical equipment and ability of the economic operator, quality assurance measures and its equipment and ability to perform testing and research.

— to have realized at least 3 deliveries of steel pipes related to the subject matter of procurement in the last 3 years,
— technical staff that will be responsible for the implementation of the agreement,
— technical equipment of the economic operator, quality assurance measures and its equipment and ability to perform testing and research.
