— Certificate stating that no bankruptcy proceeding are underway, issued by a competent authority,

— Certificate stating that no liquidation procedure is underway, issued by a competent authority,

— Certificate for payed taxes, contributions and other public charges, issued by a competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered,

— Certificate from the Register for penalties for committed crimes by legal…

… person, stating that no secondary penalty of prohibition to participate in public call procedures, be awarded public procurement contracts and public private partnership contracts has been passed against the economic operator,

… person,stating no secoundary penalty of temporaty or permanent prohibition to perform individual activity has been passed against the economic operator,

— a certificate stating that no effective court decision,

– misdemeanor sanction has been passed against the economic operator,

– prohibition to perform profession,activity or other duty, or temporary prohibition to perform certain activity.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— to have cumulatively generated income in the activity covered by the public procurement, of no less than the estimated value of the procurement, a minimum of 6 000 000,00 MKD, within the past 3 years.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— a bank statement of the overall turnover of the company (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, that is, audited income statement) and if applicable, a bank statement of the turnover in the activity covered by the public procurement contract, with focus on the last 3 financial years for which such data is available, depending on the availability of such data.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— to have concluded contracts of the same or similar type as the subject of the procurement, in the last 3 years (2015, 2016, 2017), with a cumulative value of at least 6 000 000,00 MKD,

— to possess or have at their disposal at least one refrigerated transportation vehicle with a transport capacity of at least 750 kg for transportation of animal products at low temperatures,

— to submit a certificate stating that the refrigerated transportation vehicle has been calibrated,

— to have employed or hired at least 2 cooks,

— to have employed or hired at last 2 drivers.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— a reference list of deliveries of the same or similar type of commodity as the subject of the procurement, made in the last 3 years with data on dates, subject of procurement, and contracting authorities/economic operators, by providing certificates for performed deliveries, issued by the recipients, or, if such certificates cannot be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only a statement for performed deliveries/concluded contracts in the last 3 years 2015, 2016, 2017 in the activity covered by the procurement, with a cumulative value of a minimum of 6 000 000,00 MKD, shall suffice,

— a copy of a driving licence verifying that the economic operator is in possession of a refrigerated transportation vehicle for distribution of commodities, or a contract of technical collaboration with another economic operator in possession of such a refrigerated transportation vehicle, with transport capacity of at least 750 kg for transportation of animal products at low temperatures,

— a statement that technical staff (cooks) have been hired regardless of whether they are permanent employees or hired in another capacity by the economic operator,

— A statement that technical staff (drivers) have been hired regardless of whether they are permanent employees or hired in another capacity by the economic operator.
