Capacity of the business operator for performing the professional activities:
Document for registered business.
2.3.1. In order to verify the capacity for performing professional activities, the business operator must submit a document for registered activity as an evidence that is registered as physical or legal person for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement or as an evidence that is part of appropriate professional association in accordance with the provisions of the country where the business operator is registered.

Documentation necessary for attestation for the technical or the professional competence of the business operator:
List of main deliveries of tenderers or candidates conducted in the last three years with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators) by providing a certificate of executed deliveries issued by the recipients or, if such certificates cannot be provided for reasons outside the control of the economic operator, only with his statement on the performed deliveries, statement of ownership of own / rented / contract for technical cooperation, working space with technical equipment, adequate infrastructure and capacities for implementation of the procurement: at least two cranes with a minimum load of 2,5 tons, statement for the engaged technical personnel and technical bodies regardless of whether they directly belong to the economic operator, a statement that there is a barge service, that is, an agreement for cooperation with a company providing such a service which in the event of a defect will take over the vehicle from each location inside the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.

Minimum criteria for verification of the technical and the professional competence of the business operator.
2.4.1. In order to qualify as capable of carrying out the relevant public procurement contract in terms of its technical or professional capability, the economic operator should fulfill the following minimum requirements: to have experience from relevant previously performed services that have been successfully implemented, available technical equipment and own / rented / contract for technical cooperation, working space with adequate infrastructure and capacities for implementation of the procurement, as follows: at least two cranes with a minimum load of 2.5 tons, to have engaged professional technical and auxiliary staff for implementation of the public procurement and have available staff with the following educational background and professional qualifications which are responsible to provide specific service such as: at least one person with university education- mechanical engineer, at least 3 professionals on the position motor mechanic with secondary education, at least 1 professional on the position car electrician with secondary education, at least 1 professional providing panel-beating services and at least 1 professional auto laquer, to have a barge service available or to have signed an agreement for cooperation with a company providing such service which in the event of a defect will take over the vehicle from each location inside the territory of the Republic of Macedonia
