The Economic Operator shall be liable to deliver the Contract object on the following locations: PDIFM — Head Office in Skopje, affiliates, branch offices, pensioners’ homes and resorts

… prohibition has been imposed on it for participating in public tender procedures, being awarded public procurement contracts, as well as public-private partnership contracts thereof,

… temporary or permanent prohibition has been imposed on it for exercising specific activity,

— confirmation Letter certifying that no effective court decision has been imposed on it prohibiting it to exercise occupation, activity or duty, or temporary prohibition to exercise a specific activity thereof.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— list of main services of bidders, of this type and scope, delivered in the past 3 years, with same size of area, values, dates and recipients, as well as reference on timely and good quality delivered services of hygiene maintenance and other services in the Fund’s facilities,

— statement on educational and professional qualifications of the Economic Operator and its professional staff, particularly for persons responsible of provision of the stated services, regardless if they are part of the Economic Operator,

— statement on technical equipment and qualification of the Economic Operator to provide the concrete services and ensure quality of services,

— the services should be provided technically, with good quality and professionally.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— at least 1 contract related to the object of procurement in the past 3 years,

— minimum 1 reference on provision of good quality services for hygiene maintenance and other services,

— statement on technical equipment and qualification of the Economic Operator and on other capacities it disposes of thereby for the completion of the specific services and assurance of quality,

— minimum 1 vehicle for transportation of passengers, with enclosed copies of vehicle registration card,

— statement on technical, high quality and professional deliverance of services.
