— confirmation that there was no liquidation procedure by the competent authority,

— confirmation of paid taxes and other public charges from the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established,

— Certificate from the Register of penalties for criminal acts of legal persons that have been imposed with a…

… penalty for participation in public bidding procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts for public-private partnership,

… temporary or permanent ban on performing certain activities,

— a certificate stating that there has not been imposed prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform certain activity.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Yes realized turnover (turnover) of at least 250 000 000,00 MKD total in the last 3 years (2015, 2016 and 2017)

Техничка и професионална способност:

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met:

— list of the principal deliveries effected in the past 3 years, with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators) by providing service delivery with a minimum total value which is the estimated value of the procurement by the same or similar amounts and securities issued by recipients, or, if such certificates can not be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only a statement of deliveries,

— copy of driving licenses of vehicles owned or hired by EO, EO Statement with minimum load capacity of vehicles of 20 tons (tonnes).

— Statement on the technical staff (list of drivers of vehicles employed by the economic operator or engaged in an agreement for business cooperation).

— Have delivered goods of this kind in the past 3 years with a minimum total value which is the estimated value of the procurement.

— Possess A minimum three (4) vehicles for transportation of bitumen.

— To employ or have contracted at least (4) three drivers of vehicles for transportation of bitumen.

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:

Guarantee of supply 2 %.

Performance Guarantee of contract 5 %.
