In order to prove the ability to perform its professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as a proof that the company is registered as an individual or as a legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the contract for public procurement or a proof that the company belongs to a professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered: Documentation for registration of the activity.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Documents which are necessary in order to prove the technical and the professional ability of the economic operator:

— statement in which it is stated that the operator owns at least one…

… personal/leased /agreement for technical cooperation/ store for sale of the goods which are a subject of this procurement

… personal or leased service for servicing and maintenance of the vehicles which are a subject of the public procurement on the territory of the city of Skopje

— statement that the operator owns at least one personal or leased towing vehicle which can transport the vehicle over the territory of the Republic of Macedonia, free of charge and to the service for servicing and maintenance of vehicles which a subject of the public procurement in the warranty period

— statement for appointed technical personnel regardless of whether the personnel are employees directly appointed by the economic operator. The personnel shall consist from at least 3 employees who shall be obligated to service and to maintain the vehicles in the duration of this contract and in the event of a defect, namely 2 expert persons in the area of motor vehicle mechanics and 1 expert person in the area of motor vehicle electronics,

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Minimal criteria for determining the technical and professional condition of the economic operator ownership of at least 1 personal/leased /agreement for technical cooperation/ store for sale of the goods which are a subject of this procurement

— ownership of at least one personal or leased towing vehicle which can transport the vehicle over the territory of the Republic of Macedonia, free of charge and to the service for servicing and maintenance of vehicles which a subject of the public procurement in the warranty period

— appointment of technical personnel regardless of whether the personnel are employees directly appointed by the economic operator. Bank Guarantee for quality performance of the contract: 5 % of the value of the contract.

In order to prove his personal condition, the economic operator shall submit the following documentation:

— statement by the economic operator that he was not rendered a verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering over the last 5 years.

— confirmation that a bankruptcy procedure has not been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation that a litigation procedure has not been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees to competent authorities in the country where.

The economic operator is registered.

— confirmation from the register of sanctions for criminal offenses committed by legal entities which confirms.

That a secondary sanction has not been imposed in order to prohibit the participation in public procurement.

Procedures, assignation of contracts for public procurement and contracts for public-private partnership.

That a temporary secondary sanction or a permanent prohibition for carrying out a specific activity has not been.
